We ship our items in Recycled card Eco Pak Envelopes and Recycled card boxes. I also use recycled plastic post bags in rainy season, which are fully recyclable.Please recycle all packaging responsibly. These are printed with designs and stickers printed with vegetable ink and consumables. Delicate Items are wrapped in fsc certified tissue paper with eco friendly glitter and tied with wool and string. All items are recyclable. Please recycle or reuse your packaging.
Item Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return.If you need to return an item to me, the packaging is reusable. You are welcome to return an item for a refund and then purchase a different size as long as it has not been especially handmade and customised for you. You will just need to purchase and pay the return Shipping. You can return the item by any courier you would like to use. Please use the link in the main menu where you can upload the tracking details of your chosen carrier.
